I have reached max number of activations

I recently bought a new laptop as well. I am using Nitro Pro 12.  I thought I could use the license on 2 devices. When I try to add to my second device is says I have reached max number of activations.

Are the licenses only good for 1 device?  Here is the serial number 234600-uvwxyz-360668

To further assist you, I just made an adjustment to your license, and to ensure you have the latest release, please use our offline English MSI packages below:

x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number

I downloaded using the above links and am still receiving error message that I have reached max number of installations allowed for this license. I only have the Nitro license in use on one other device though.
