Nitro Pro - Attachments outlook being blank when Opening

Goodmorning,

We have the following problem in the Organisation.
When we open a PDF in Outlook (with Nitro PDF) we get a Grey screen.
The preview function works fine also when you save the PDF first in let's say the document folder and you opening it from there it works fine.

Only not when you open it directly from Outlook.
Does someone have a solution for the problem?

 

Nitro PDF version: 13.67.0.45
On every PDF document: Yes
