My old computer went down, and I have tried for several days to re-activate my Pro-12, I have done everything on here to get it done for days....It never works, any of the suggestions, and it will only take me back to an old trial on the signing app.  I need my information and I am about to give up and write some really bad reviews, nothing should be this hard.  I even planned to upgrade but I can't get there!!!  I have written several tickets and I cannot for some reason get any help!

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

You already upgraded to version 13, I sent you your Nitro Pro 13 serial number via direct message.

Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads
After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
