I recently replaced my printer / scanner from a Brother MFC8890 to an HP Office Jet 9010e. Scans with the Brother device were not a problem. Now, however, scanning will not work. Sometimes I can preview the scan, but it's buggy. When I can see the scan preview, the scan will not save - the window simply disappears. Same thing when I scan without a preview - the window simply disappears. There is no error message and I already "repaired" the software. The scans are not being saved elsewhere on my CPU.
