Unfortunately I saw that the Version 7 is no longer supported. As I read in another topic it could be possible to upgrade to V12 or V13, but when entering my serial no. on the website I get an error: "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue." Can please somebody help me? Thanks! Unfortunately, your serial number is an old code that is no longer supported. Serial numbers that start with 23 and confirmed valid in the license portal (https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal) are the only supported license for upgrade through the upgrade portal (https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade) You can purchase a version 13 license in our Pricing page at https://www.gonitro.com/pricing Currently, there is a 40% discount to celebrate the end of year. Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted January 9, 2023 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted January 9, 2023 Hi @Wolfgang Tauber Nitro PDF Pro 11 and older is already discontinued and its activation servers have been shut down. Also, access to the installer for these versions are no longer available. Serial number from older version (version 11 and older) that starts with 23 were migrated to the new activation servers, allowing them to be used to activate the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574.
