I followed the directions to find my serial number under the help menu. It's not there. How else can I find it? I am unable to find you Nitro Pro 12 and I only saw your Nitro PDF Pro 13 with serial number 504903-xxxxxx-574100 Are you sure it is a Nitro Pro 12 that you would like to move?
