Nitro Printer not installed

Hello, 

I have a new Laptop with Windows 11. Alle Windows Patches installed!

I installed Nitro Pro on it but the Printer does not show up.

I started the support Tools as Administrator and clicked on the button to install the Printer but I get the Error:

"Installation of the Printer driver failed".

Reinstalling Nitro did also not help.

Please try installing using our stand-alone MSI installesr for Nitro PDF creator:

x64 https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.2.40/en/enterprise/Nitro_Creator_x64.msi
x32 https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.2.40/en/enterprise/Nitro_Creator_x86.msi

In order to further assist you, what build of Nitro Pro are you working with?

You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.70.2.40) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

how do we proceed now?

I still can not install the printer. Apparently I'm not the only one having this problem.

Using the stand-alone MSI installers did also not work. The installation window closes immediately.

My Version is 13.70.2.40

I have the same problem on my desktop with an AMD Ryzen 7 3800X processor running the latest version of Windows 11 Pro (22H2 Build 22621.1105).

My Nitro Pro version is 13.67.0.45.

 

And why is it unpossible to submit a simple support ticket?
