Sebastian Herrmann
Hello, I have a new Laptop with Windows 11. Alle Windows Patches installed! I installed Nitro Pro on it but the Printer does not show up. I started the support Tools as Administrator and clicked on the button to install the Printer but I get the Error: "Installation of the Printer driver failed". Reinstalling Nitro did also not help. Sebastian Herrmann
Hello @Allain Umailin how do we proceed now? I still can not install the printer. Apparently I'm not the only one having this problem. Using the stand-alone MSI installers did also not work. The installation window closes immediately. My Version is 13.70.2.40
Mark Stals
I have the same problem on my desktop with an AMD Ryzen 7 3800X processor running the latest version of Windows 11 Pro (22H2 Build 22621.1105). My Nitro Pro version is 13.67.0.45. And why is it unpossible to submit a simple support ticket?
