desde ayer no puedo abrir ningun archivo ni guardar ni nada.. Ejecuto el programa y durante unos segundo piensa como si se fuera a abrir pero no lo hace, o cuando intento abrir directamente un archivo no hace nada de nada. estoy desesperada

 

Since yesterday I can't open any file or save or anything. I run the program and for a few seconds it thinks as if it were going to open but it doesn't, or when I try to open a file directly it doesn't do anything at all. I'm desperate
