Upgrade offered from my PdfPenPro but license not recognized

Today Nitro sent me an offer for a single user upgrade to NitroPro 13.

I do not have a Nitro license, just that for PdfPenPro.  I want to know if I am qualified for the upgrade before I buy.

To test that path, I tried the ordinary upgrade path at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade,

but my license was "unable to validate" and I was directed here.

Please advice before the offer expires 12/22

I have also tried to upgrade from 12 bough April, 2022, I have the license and copied it into the appropriate field but it remains unfound.

Having gone back to my PDFpen Pro 12, it no longer works. A bit annoying I'm afraid.
