Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted December 20, 2022 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted December 20, 2022 Hello @Client Services, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Nitro Sign was upgraded to Nitro Sign Essentials and is currently free when purchasing Nitro Pro and now currently running as a trial version to allow all users to send eSignature requests and we are planning to extend this promotion further out. For current features available with the free-bundled Nitro Sign Essentials, please refer to this article:https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/cloud/000004914 At the moment, our product team has not determined an exact date of when the trial will end but we will send further communication through email with an update when one is available. With regard to your concern, we have made an adjustment to the affected account so please log out, close all the browsers, open a new browser and log in again. Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.

Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted September 11 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted September 11 Greetings @Client Services Please be aware that Nitro PDF Pro and Nitro Sign do not share the same license. Nitro PDF Pro is the application you install on a machine to create and/or edit PDF documents, while Nitro Sign is a web-based electronic signature solution. The Signature Request option is a Nitro Sign integration in Nitro PDF Pro where once executed, it will upload the document in Nitro Sign and direct the signature request workflow through the web. In checking the Nitro Sign account that is associated with the email address ***********ces@tyfrancis.com.au, the trial period is still active so you should be able to use the Nitro Sign Essentials features.
