Expired Trial & Invalid Serial Number

Hello, please help.. I recently purchase Nitro Pro and already received email invoice and serial number.

But when I try follow its direction and installing the program, I dont even get the 14-day trial and its status is immediately goes to EXPIRED TRIAL.

When I try to enter my Serial number, it says Invalid serial number. I already double check the number and type in the exact number but still it wont accepted it.

My serial number is: 5***

My Cleverbridge reference number is: ***

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

Based on the screenshot, it looks like the wrong Nitro Pro 13 build is installed.
Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads
After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

Thank you Leslie for your reply, I'm trying again to uninstall the previous Nitro Pro and also delete all downloaded installation file, and then restarted my computer.

After that, I tried downloading again from the link that you gave, it seems directing to the same installation file that is:

https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.2.40/release_tracking/retail/nitro_pro13.exe

I followed all the steps until it finished installing and then launch the Nitro Pro, but unfortunately it still gives me the same as previous error (Expired Trial and Invalid Serial Number).

When I look into the about section and check the installed version, it is showing Nitro Pro 13.70.2.40 (the same as in the previous screenshot). Is this the right build or is there some steps that I miss and needed to be chosen first?

My computer is a second hand PC, is it possible that maybe someone before me have already been trying to install Nitro Pro and then you guys block the machine ID or something?

Hello @Pulau Emas

Kindly uninstall and remove all previously downloaded installers as well.

Your license is compatible with a different Nitro PDF Pro build.

Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them.

When your system is back up, close all your open applications and install Nitro Pro 13.70.2.40 from the page I have provided below:
