Hi,

My name is Fernando Padilla (fpadilla72@gmail.com). I lost my emails and I can't find the email with the info about my license for Nitro Pro. I change the laptop and I want install Nitro Pro in my new laptop, but I can't deactivate my license from the old laptop because I don't know how to find out the license number. In my old laptop, I have version 13.16.2.300 installed and my serial number starts with 158310XXXXXX..... How can I find out the numbers that are covered by X?

Unfortunately, I was unable to find a serial number using the email address that you provided. Please note, our official valid serial numbers do not start with the number 1. 

I will only be able to locate your serial number if you purchased Nitro Pro from our website. If you purchased Nitro Pro from our website please provide us with the following information so we can look up your account.

1.    First and last name of purchaser
2.    Email address used purchase Nitro
3.    Order reference number
