SL Specialty
Hello.. There are certain documents that I am unable to white out or remove certain text. When attempting to do so it will highlight large areas and remove information that I am not trying to remove. I have verified with the senders that these documents do not contain security restrictions and should be able to modify the information. i have tried to print to pdf so I can edit and that does not work. Short of printing the entire document (30-60) pages and scanning them in as a pdf and editing I am at a loss. Please if you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted December 22, 2022 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted December 22, 2022 Hello @SL Specialty, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! To further assist you, what build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.70.2.40 or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. Lastly, how were these files created and what software was used (e.g. from an external source like a website, from an email message, AutoCad converted-to-PDF files, or an internal application/reporting tool)? Thanks!
