Unable to activate new purchase of Nitro PDF Pro Upgrade to a new computer

We purchased new computers. We have Nitro Pro 10 on old computers. Serial number 234600-xxxxxx-809191

Purchased 1/10/16
Cleverbridge reference number 8578xxxxx

Invoice number BKD-73612xxxxxx

I am unable to transfer this Nitro Pro 10 to the new computers.  When I go to this page -- https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal --  and click "Deactivate" nothing happens.

Can I please speak with a human?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I have inspected your Nitro Pro 10 with serial number 2346008-xxxxxx-09191 and found out that this is already deactivated on our end as it went to a version upgrade. When an upgrade happens, the older version gets deactivated on our end and users are provided with a new license to match their upgrade version.

For your case, it was upgraded to Nitro PDF Pro 13 with serial number 504963-xxxxxx-581086 that you purchased last November 28th.
