Ian Brumell
I have been a successful user of PDFpenPro for years and received several requests and suggestions from Nitro that I upgrade the version I use (v6.3.2) to a new NitroPro v13.3.3. Nowhere was I asked or told about what Mac OS I was using. So, since I thought that Nitro, since it had me as a customer, realized what Mac OS I was using. Wrong. I purchased the upgrade from the Nitro site (Receipt #4499xxxx) only to find that it would not work with my current Mac OS of 10.12.6. It cost me CA$56.50 through my Mastercard and I wonder if there is any chance of recouping that cost since I am unable to use the software? Sorry for the red backfill, but it's a copy from the chat window I had with Sharon. Edited December 22, 2022 by Allain Umailin
