Bug Report: Convert to PDF (from inside MS Word) doesn't convert all links

I have an MS Word document.  From inside that document, on the Nitro Pro tab of the ribbon I choose Create PDF.  Only a subset of the links in the document are converted to links in the PDF that is created.  How do I submit a bug report?

I just found this today also. For me, no links in the footer converted, but all others did.

The footer of the Nitro web page has a Submit Ticket option. I have submitted a ticket. I would suggest anyone having this issue submit a ticket.

That link just directs me to the knowledge base and to here -- as I don't have premium support.  Which is why I posted here a couple of weeks ago.
