Tony Pasquale Posted January 2, 2023 Report Share Posted January 2, 2023 My installed version is 13.58.0.118. Have followed update link to get 13.70.2.40. Downloads OK but fails to complete update - just says "Nitro Pro setup wizard has failed" - no indication why. My install directory is D:\Programmes\Nitro\Pro\13 rather than the default. I have tried to update using each location in the address but all fail. Do I need to uninstall current version and start over? Typically find it in other programs under Help, but no joy. What am I missing? Not looking for a major upgrade, just a simple update from 13.70.2.40 to 13.70.4.50. Any suggestions or advice? Thanks!
