Dan Sillito Posted January 4 Report Share Posted January 4 Ive Deactivated my old licence, using Deactivation Certificate, but on thee website keeps saying invalid certificate. Its a straight copy and paste! Try to deactivate via the website, it brings a pop up box saying "select licence to deactivate", with no options to select anything. Dan Sillito Posted January 4 Author Report Share Posted January 4 @Allain Umailin My old computer had version 12.6.1.298 My new computer has version 13.70.2.40 Are you asking me to downgrade my new one? If you have already rebooted your machine and that did not help, please download and run our Clean Up utility to uninstall your current Nitro Pro and reboot your machine again: https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.2.40/install-cleanup/install-cleanup.zip NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000004509 When done, try installing the program.
