Once I logged back in, it kicked me into trial mode. Searched for ancient email to reactivate, couldn't find it. Used the feature on my other computer to find my liscence number. It is partially hidden with xxxxx. Reads 504987XXXXXXXXXXXX Can you please send my liscence and also explain why this is happening?
