I am using Nitro Pro 13.70.2.40.

I use MS SharePoint2019 on prem integrated with MS ADRMS.

Whenever I try to open an RMS enabled file that i have downloaded from SharePoint 2019 in Nitro it crashes.

I have submitted bug reports vial email to the Milo Goodman address and gotten no response.

Please Help!
