Steve Ferrone Posted January 10 Report Share Posted January 10 Upon opening Pro, I am getting a 401 message: "an error has occurred within our system. Please try again or contact support if this error persists. (Error 401)." I click "OK" and get in and it functions correctly but each time I log out and log in again it comes up.
