Upon opening Pro, I am getting a 401 message: "an error has occurred within our system. Please try again or contact support if this error persists. (Error 401)."  I click "OK" and get in and it functions correctly but each time I log out and log in again it comes up.  Solution?  thank you ...

I understand that you are getting a 401 error when opening Nitro Pro.
Please try the steps below then observe if the issue persists:

1. Open your Nitro PDF Pro then close the 401 error message if it shows up. 
2. At the top right, click the Logout then close Nitro Pro.
3. Open Nitro PDF Pro then click the Login button and login using your Nitro Sign account. 

If the 401 error message happens again, please provide the exact version and build of your Nitro Pro. This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
