But when i check my serial number in this page https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal my serial number is not valid? Did you purchase your program from Indigo Software, an Amazon/eBay seller, or from The Soft Coffee? If yes, did they just send you an email to ask first for the software's installation ID before providing the serial number? Thank you and I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
