firstname.lastname@example.org Posted January 11 Report Share Posted January 11 (edited) Hi, I have deactivated Nitro Pro on my old machine, and when I log into my account, to raise a support ticket, it says I have 0 current activiations. But when I try to activate the new installation no my new machine I just get '-24: Activation Error' Serial No. is : 234601-xxxxxx-167416 The support ticket submission just takes me round in a circle to the same place each time.
