I have purchased Nitro Pro and am unable to sign in. I am trying to reset my password and I do not receive the link by email. I have read all the other related posts and checked my junk email folder. My activated version serial number is ** and the email address is **. Please help. To be able to use Nitro PDF Pro 13, you only need to install version 13 and activate using your serial number. The log-in function is the Nitro Sign integration. Nitro Sign is our cloud-blased program that is separate and different from Nitro PDF Pro. Please get the correct version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
