Hello 

 

I changed my PC so i need to transfer my licence : **

i have an error when i deactivate licence on the old pc. could you please help me ?

The serial number you provided is incorrect. It might have incorrect digits. Can you please check?

Unfortunately, I was unable to find a serial number using the email address that you provided. I will only be able to locate your serial number if you purchased Nitro Pro from our website. If you purchased Nitro Pro from our website please provide us with the following information so we can look up your account.

1.    First and last name of purchaser
2.    Email address used purchase Nitro
3.    Order reference number

If you did not purchase Nitro from our website and have the CD your serial number will be located on the back of the CD sleeve. It may be labelled as Activation Code.
(Please keep in mind that if you purchased Nitro from a re-seller we will not have the information on our systems)

Hello,

 

I am having the same problem.  When trying to activate on the new computer it keeps saying the serial number does not exist.  Yet it does.  If I put the serial number on the website, it comes up and says I have 2 activations allowed.  Please help.

Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 10 and its activation servers have been shut down.

We recommend to upgrade to our latest version, V13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. To upgrade to Nitro Pro 13, please visit our upgrade page:

Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest build of Nitro Pro 12. Hi Sara,

Your serial number is for Nitro Pro 12. 

We have upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574), not version 13, so you can reactivate successfully:

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
