Cannot activate via program or website

I attempted to install and activate the product using the Activate button in the help menu bar. I applied my serial number and clicked next. It immediately responded that the serial number was invalid. I attempted to do a manual activation, but it appears that the link to nitropdf.com/activation fails.

Please assist. I also attempted to contact support through the website but it put me in a loop asking for activation and then submitting a support request.

Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page so you can activate successfully: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

Getting routed to nitropdf.com/activation means that you have installed the old build.

Please uninstall, go to this page https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads and install version 13.70.
