Activation

I have tried to activate my Nitro Pro as I changed computers. The system does not allow me to activate it as it says I have never activated it. I have used it for over 3 years. When I select "deactivate" it says to pick a device. None shows. Please assist.

Once you click “Deactivate”, you can activate your license immediately by entering the below serial number into Nitro Pro.

Also, it is very difficult to get to this forum even though I signed in various times. It will also not allow me to edit my profile.

Hello Wallace,

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

We have upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro serial number.

I downloaded the version 13 as it is the latest one. However, after trying to activate it says my serial number doesn't exist.

Please uninstall version 13 and install the version 12.
