Colin Williams Posted January 20 Report Share Posted January 20 (edited) Hi, I have changed laptops and now can't access Nitro Pro. the serial number isn't recognised by the app. I tried the support on the website but got to the bit to deactivate/reactivate, but I can't select a device to deactivate as none are activated! my serial number is: 234601-xxyyzz-073306 Edited January 20 by Allain Umailin Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
