Can't activate my serial number on new laptop

Hi,
 
I have changed laptops and now can't access Nitro Pro. the serial number isn't recognised by the app.
 
I tried the support on the website but got to the bit to deactivate/reactivate, but I can't select a device to deactivate as none are activated!
 
my serial number is: 234601-xxyyzz-073306

I worked it out. The new laptop had v13. My previous one had v12. I've uninstalled 13 and installed 12.
