Nathan Tucker Posted January 20 Report Share Posted January 20 A few of my customers have had issues opening the link that Nitro Sign sends in the email. When they click the "View the document" button or copy and paste the link into their browser window it will open a blank page. One of them was nice enough to give me more information for troubleshooting purposes, but we still could not get the link to open the document for signing. She is using the Chrome browser and had restarted her computer and even cleared her cookies/cache with no luck. I didn't want to ask her to do any more than that, so we have to meet in person for the signature. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
