Nitro error deactivating

I cannot get it to deactivate without an error. 
tried to do manual and now it is not working at all and I cannot activate on the new laptop.

Did you purchase your program from Indigo Software, an Amazon/eBay seller, or from The Soft Coffee?

If yes, could you please share the email message or the invoice they have sent you after purchasing?

Otherwise, where did you purchase it, and did they just send you an email to ask first for the software's installation ID before providing the serial number?

Thank you for your response.

Could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under the Help tab?

This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.70.2.40).

The same information is available by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
