Cannot print to PDF, Error: "occurrence of user-interacted or failed conversion"

I am using Nitro Pro 11, Windows 10 Pro and MS Office Word 2021. 

When I try to print to PDF for more than one page at a time (such as pages 13-17) with Nitro Pro from within Word, I get the above error: "occurrence of user-interacted or failed conversion".

If I do one page at a time it works fine, but that is very inconvenient as I am presently updating 90 PDF books, and there are multiple instances where I need to print more than one page to PDF at a time.

Help is appreciated!
