Help with activation.

Hi I installed 1 instance of Nitro Pro 12 on 1 computer. Worked fine. Showed 1 of 2 activations used. 

Tried on another computer - "Serial Number does not Exist"

Please Help.

Hello Ian,

The error message means version 13 is installed and not version 12.

Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update ( so you can reactivate successfully: 

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
