Cannot activate Nitro Pro 12 after having replaced the hard drive

My license number is ***

I have replaced the hard drive and re-installed Windows.

Now, after having installed NitroPro 12, when I try to activate it, I receive the following error:

-24 Activation Error

NitroPro encountered some issues while attempting to activate.

I've tried to go to this page:

https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal

But I cannot deactivate anything because everything seems to be already deactivated:

Serial Number  
Version 12
Status Active
Number of Activations 0
Number of Activations Allowed 2

Could you please help?

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

We have upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
