Marco Lee Posted January 23, 2023 Report Share Posted January 23, 2023 When using the latest version 13 of Nitro Pro, I am unable to convert RFT files to PDF. When I open the Nitro Pro application to convert, it does not show the RFT file format in the drop down list for Support File Types. I am getting a Nitro Pro pop-up message "The document .rtf could not be opened because it's an unsupported file type or has been damaged." I confirmed the rtf file is not damaged by installing Nitro Pro 13 on a different computer which was able to convert the same rtf file to PDF with no issue.
