I understand that you are getting a 401 error when opening Nitro Pro. Please try the following and see if it fixes the error message: 1. Open your Nitro PDF Pro then close the 401 error message if it shows up. 2. At the top right, click the Logout then close Nitro Pro. 3. Open Nitro PDF Pro then click the Login button and login using your Nitro Sign account. If the error 401 persists, I recommend to update your Nitro PDF Pro 12 to the latest build which is 12.16.9.574. Please be aware that we no longer support early builds of Nitro Pro 12 or earlier versions (version 11 and older) and those activation servers have been shut down. It is highly recommended to update to the latest build of version 12 (12.16.9.574). The Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 installer can be located from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link.
