kenji lim Posted January 26 Report Share Posted January 26 I can not reinstall my Nitro Pro on my laptop. Some in the support team dealt with me on this, however for the some reason, we can not make it. Can someone senior in the support team help me out on this. I had already followed the link suggested to me by the previous support and everytime I go to the gonitro activation portal, it give me an error saying "Invalid Client date". To further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
