Activation error and cannot submit a ticket

I have received an error for a reinstall -24: Activation error, I have checked the activation I still have 2 more activation. I cannot submit a support ticket as it just goes in a loop without letting me submit one. Can the support team help me with this? Thank you.

We have upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update ( so you can reactivate successfully: 


Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you require anything else.
