Nitro pro 12 License

Hi I have a license for two seats of nitro pro on version 12.  I recently reset my desktop PC and when I tried to reinstall Nitro Pro it said that all licenses are taken already.  please can you reset the license for me?  I currently only have it installed and running a license on 1 machine.  thanks  David

I just factory reset my laptop and now Nitro pro 12 is now saying that I have reached the maximum number of licenses.

please clear all my licenses so that I am able to reactivate nitro pro on my laptop?

I released your Nitro Pro serial number so you can reactivate.

If in the future, you would like to move your license to a new computer, or plan on reformatting your computer, I suggest you deactivate first by clicking on: Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate > Deactivate. This will allow you to reactivate on another computer.

Important: If you are using Chrome or any of the Chromium-based browsers (e.g., Vivaldi, etc.) and you are unable to access the above installer links, you're more than likely experiencing the results of a new security feature that was silently pushed out to the browsers, which blocks .exe/.msi/etc downloads without any visible error or prompt on the browser's frontend user space. To bypass this, please try these steps:

a. Right-click the link you're trying to download, and select "Save link as..."
b. Choose your save location and select "Save"
c. On the bottom edge of your browser window, the Downloads bar should now appear and the file will show up with a red error icon, attempting to block the download. Press the caret button and select "Keep"
