-24 error when installing

I have several older versions of Nitro PDF, 7, 9, 11.  I just bought a new Dell and I'm trying to install 11 again.  I get a -24 error which I would like to attach a capture of but there is no option to add it.  I also have gone online to deactivate as instructed, but the version 11 key pulls up a window that says my version is 12 and I have 2 installs remaining and 0 current installs (also a screen capture unable to attach).  I have tried to install 9 and 7, but those are impossible too, one for the same reason and one because of active content.  Version 7 is just too old to use anyway.

I don't remember purchasing version 12.  If I had, I would normally have files saved showing the purchase and the corresponding key.  I have that for the last 3 versions.

my key for version 9 supporting my upgrade is 234***-******-******

Please help me install the two.

Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 11 and older and its activation servers have been shut down. Thus, any activation or deactivation attempt on these versions will no longer work. Also, access to the installer for these versions are no longer available.

We recommend upgrading to our latest version, Nitro PDF Pro 13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions.

Alternatively, your license was transferred to our new activation server and will now work with the latest build of Nitro Pro 12 (12.16.9.574).

You can find the Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 installer from the link below and activate it with your current Nitro Pro  serial number:

Once Nitro PDF Pro 12 is installed, you can activate it by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click Activate.
