Nitro Pro 12 Won't activate from old serial number

Hi, I have an old serial number is seems and have now reformatted  my computer and it won't allow me to activate Nitro Pro 12 with that serial number. On the license portal it says select the device to deactivate but there is no device listed so it won't deactivate it, and it shows that there are no activations of the two activations allowed.

When I go to the gonitro.com/activations and paste the below it won't register and allow me to activate. Please ensure that you install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 (12.16.9.574), so you could successfully activate using your version 12 license. To check which build of version 12 you are on, open Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 

You can find the Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 installer from the link below and activate it with your current Nitro Pro serial number:

Once Nitro PDF Pro 12 is installed, you can activate it by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click Activate.
