Donald Wallerson Posted January 30 Report Share Posted January 30 I am experiencing the same issue, however, the original serial number I have is for version 11. I read, though, that Nitro 6-11 activation has been deprecated and upgraded to 12. From what I understand, current older serial numbers should activate version 12.6. I am not able to activate with my serial number even though the serial number check shows that there are 2 available activations on the serial. Could you assist as this all came about amidst deactivation on one computer to allow installation on another and I am currently stuck with neither computer having an activated version of the software putting us at a loss. The error message as it appears reads the following, however. -22: Error - Wrong license number You have attempted to activate Nitro Pro with a serial number from another version. You can only activate this version of Nitro Pro with its matching serial number. If you know the correct serial number, click 'Back' and re-enter it. If you have forgotten your serial number, please contact support via the link below: The serial number in question is 234600-xxyyzz-674094 and initially was for a Nitro Pro version 11.0.1.16. We recommend upgrading to our latest version, Nitro PDF Pro 13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. I want to install on another computer but not permitted as Nitro has record of 2 installations. I only have one installation that I am aware of. I have checked all the current devices that I use but can find no other instance of Nitro.
