Pam Polka Posted January 30, 2023 Report Share Posted January 30, 2023 I had purchased Nitro in 2019. I used it well and was happy with it. My computer had issues, so I had to buy a new one. I tried to download nitro in my new computer and used my code but the system or the software won't let me. Is there anyone who can help me with this issue? I released your Nitro Pro 12 serial number so you can reactivate. Please get the correct version 12 installer from the links below: x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
