vineet
Hello, I just purchased NitroPro 13. I had Version 10 earlier. When I down load the NitroPro 13 version, during installation, it is giving me error 2753 and stops. Please advise.
Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted February 1 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted February 1 Hello @vineet Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! We highly suggest doing a fresh install of Nitro Pro using direct links of the latest installers and make sure there are no corrupt files. Here are the steps: Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system. https://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13332645/install-cleanup/install-cleanup.zip NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase/#/search/stamps/000004509 Also, when you are doing a reinstall, before you download a new installer, it is important that you delete all Nitro Pro installers in your Downloads folder because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers you download in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installed in that folder, and may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the new one. When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install the latest build of Nitro Pro 13 using the link I have provided below: x64 bit: https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.0.30/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi x32 bit: https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.0.30/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and enter your serial number. I hope this helps. Please let me know how it goes.
vineet
Thanks Leslie. The problem is resolved. I had to purchase a new laptop over the weekend. And since I had purchased the Nito_Pro13, I was able to download it on my new laptop and activate it. It worked and no new issues encountered. Using the Pro 10 on my old laptop. Thanks, Vineet
