I carefully put the number in twice and got same fail. I just purchased the app today. Credit Card OK'd and downloaded and think I registered as instructed. I am thinking your system has me as a trial because I cannot "save as" or "rename" a document I turned into a form field PDF. The document with new name just disappears.
