Buongiorno

Ho nitro pro versione 12.16.9.574. e sistema operativo windows 10 pro , da questa mattina quando tento di stampare o convertire i files tipo word, ecxel, ecc mi da il seguente messaggio " The pdf creation process was cancelled by the user" e tutte le stampe finiscono nella coda di stampa, ho provato ad reinstallare la stampante PDF tramite la funzione in strumenti di assistenza ma il problema persiste

I have nitro pro version 12.16.9.574. and windows 10 pro operating system, since this morning when I try to print or convert files such as word, ecxel, etc, it gives me the following message "The pdf creation process was canceled by the user" and all prints end up in the print queue, I tried to reinstall the PDF printer through the function in support tools but the problem persists

For the sake of initial troubleshooting this issue, we recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro 12 and your MS Office. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background.
