I get to an Instruction page to copy and paste the pre-generated certificate

I just purchased Nitro Pro.  But I am unable to activate.  I get to an Instruction page to copy and paste the pre-generated certificate, but the link does not work.  Tried pasting it into 2 different browsers but is still comes up blank.  I've been trying for about an hour now.

Are you trying to activate with serial number 504910-xxyyzz-786886?

If yes, what build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.70.2.40) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
