Error activating account

Hi, I am having issues activating Nitro Pro on a new computer I switched to. The Nitro Pro app switched to an expired trial mode and as I try selecting the activate option on the popup and under the help ribbon on the app, nothing pops up so I have no where to enter the serial number. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and the issue isn't fixed. Please let me know what else I can do to activate the subscription. I also receive an error code of -7089.

Good morning 

I bought Nitro Pro 12 and I have 2 users to use but I get the error -24 error in activation. 

I downloaded the nitro 12 I do the activation process and I get this error and will not let me activate the product.

Can you help me

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

In 2019, you upgraded your Nitro Pro 12 serial number to version 13. I sent you a direct message with your serial number for version 13.

Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads
After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
