TROY YOSHIDA Posted February 2 Report Share Posted February 2 (edited) Hi, I am having issues activating Nitro Pro on a new computer I switched to. The Nitro Pro app switched to an expired trial mode and as I try selecting the activate option on the popup and under the help ribbon on the app, nothing pops up so I have no where to enter the serial number. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and the issue isn't fixed. Please let me know what else I can do to activate the subscription. I also receive an error code of -7089.
