deactivation not possible

Hello,

I've been trying to activate my license for many days.
version 12
When deactivating the license on the website, I get the message that I should select the license to be deactivated.

The picture says almost everything. Where should I select the device?

I've even been trying to reach someone from Nitro for a few days now. No chance!

We have upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: 

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
