I understand that you are experiencing a printing issue in Nitro PDF Pro using the Lexmark universal XL printer. Does the printing used to work before then suddenly stopped working? If so, repairing your Nitro PDF Pro installation may help fixing the issue. You can do the repair through the Windows' Control Panel > Programs and Features. If printing never work in Nitro using the Lexmark printer, please try updating your installation to the latest build of version 13. The latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 13 at this point is 13.70.2.40. To update, download and install using the installer from the following location:https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.
