Needed Feature: Applescript to allow for export (with type of export, location, and filename)

I need to create a workflow from a scanner that opens the document in PDFpen Pro, exports and converts the file, then closes it. The opening and closing are easy, but there doesn't seem to be an Export applescript command. If it's easier a command line version would also work.
